Fantasy and Legends Organization (FALO) is a group dedicated to the exploration of myth and fantasy through immersion in the archetypes around which such literature is written. Much like living history, they might be thought of as living fantasy, building their setting and personas from a broad mix of historical elements, cultures, and imagination in order to tap into insights that are not accessible from just one path. FALO supports and encourages the exploration of creative endeavors such as music, poetry, fiction, sewing, art, brewing, and the martial arts. It was my involvement with FALO that led me deeper into the forest of writing.
